I have been teaching my whole life. I love teaching, and I love learning. Things I have taken special interest in over the years have become skills and techniques that I would like to share with the world. Currently these classes are offered in person.
I can offer instruction in any of these areas for a one time event:
-basic stringing (examples of items to make: bracelet and earrings)
-stamping (examples: keychains, earrings, ornaments, trinket dishes)
-seed bead weaving (your choice of peyote stitch, Square stitch, Right Angle Weave)
-Chandelier Earrings (blingy earrings with wire, chain, and a lil' bit of patience)
-Wire wrapping (creating a bracelet with wire and beads.)
- crochet (make a cute hat, granny square, or scarf)
- watercolor journal (take a plain journal and make it fun before writing in it)
- permanent jewelry (not for instruction, but parties like to get bracelets welded safely on their wrist. Price is determined by style of chain and connectors)
- Hula Hoop classes (explore hoopdance in a mindful way, playing with shapes and learning tricks to add pizzazz to your dance. Gym access is required)
You provide the space and participants, and I bring the class to you! Think about spaces the library has, churches, community spaces etc.
Great for birthday parties, bridal party, social gatherings, crafty friends, stitch n bitch-type groups.

Class fee includes instruction for 2 hours and tool use for 6 people. Pictures shown are examples of the work you will be doing- you will create your own masterpiece. I cannot guarantee a finished project, but you will have the building blocks to finish your project.
Yarn and hooks will be available for purchase day of event ($20-30/ person)
Prereq: must be able to hold crochet hook. Bring readers or similar if needed.
Ages: 16 and up. (Kids are cool, but this is not really the class for that.)
Party room requirements: Table(s) that can comfortably seat total attendees. Good lighting is highly recommended. Suggestions of places: libraries, churches, apartment complex party rooms.

Attendees will also learn how to make a pair of dangle earrings using headpins, gemstones, and sterling silver components.

Use seed beads and thread to create beautiful designs by stitching together lovely cylindrical Japanese seed beads and make components for earrings, bracelets and more.
Your choice:
Peyote- creating a beaded bead to make earrings
Brick Stitch- make a neat pair of fringy earrings
RAW (Right Angle Weave) Bracelet- Create a stunning bracelet out of crystals and thread.
Crystal Wheelies- Crystals & seed beads create a lovely wheel that makes a great focal piece.
Class fee includes instruction for 2 hours and tool use for 6 people. Ala Carte gempacks sold separately. I cannot guarantee completion of your project by end of class, but you should be prepared to finish it on your own.

Class fee includes instruction for 6 and use of my personal supplies to create a one of a kind book that will make you WANT to journal again!
Inktense, Watercolor, Pencils, markers, Paint Pens, Doodle techniques and more will be used during class.

- Hula Hoop classes (explore hoopdance in a mindful way, playing with shapes and learning tricks to add pizzazz to your dance. Gym access is required- at least 10x10ft per hooper)
Class fee includes use of my hula hoop collection, tunes, and instruction for up to 8 participants.
