2019 a year in review

Its over. Finally. We closed the chapter on 2019 and are heading full steam ahead into 2020 with clear eyes, full hearts, and a cant lose attitude that needs to stay around longer than the first couple weeks. I have lots of reflections on 2019, good and bad, and though I dislike the bad, I know I can use them as reminders to correct my path.

I learned a lot about myself, my work, my goals, and the delicate balance between it all. I used 2019 as a healing year, both physically and mentally, especially after surgery, and I refused to do work I didn’t love, not because I was being stubborn, but because I wanted all my creative time to be as enriching and promoting my own personal happiness. I had realized I had gotten out of touch with my purpose, so happiness was a major key.
